Tutte le richieste di cancellazione devono essere inviate via e-mail all’indirizzo archeonaute@gmail.com.

I rimborsi possono essere soggetti a penali, che possono variare in base alla tipologia di tour o alla specifica situazione. Di seguito sono indicati i termini di cancellazione per i tour di gruppo e per i tour privati. 

Cancellazione di tour/attività di gruppo

Archeonaute ETS prevede un rimborso completo per le cancellazioni effettuate oltre 24 ore prima dell’orario di partenza del tour o dell’attività.

Le cancellazioni effettuate entro 24 ore dalla partenza non prevedono alcun rimborso.

Cancellazione di tour/attività privati

Archeonaute ETS prevede un rimborso completo per le cancellazioni di tour privati effettuate più di 7 giorni prima della data prevista per il tour.

Le cancellazioni effettuate entro 7 giorni dalla data del tour non prevedono rimborso.

Cancellations

Cancellation of Group Tours/Activities
Archeonaute ETS provides a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or activity.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Private Tours/Activities
Archeonaute ETS provides a full refund for cancellations of private tours made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

Archeonaute ETS è un’associazione del Terzo Settore che opera nel rispetto del Decreto Legislativo 117/2017 (Codice del Terzo Settore).

La partecipazione alle attività organizzate dall’associazione implica l’accettazione integrale delle presenti condizioni.

  1. Attività dell’associazione

Archeonaute ETS organizza attività culturali e divulgative quali:

visite guidate a siti archeologici sotterranei

eventi culturali e incontri divulgativi

percorsi didattici e visite tematiche

attività di valorizzazione del patrimonio storico e archeologico

Le attività hanno finalità culturali e di divulgazione scientifica.

  1. Prenotazione delle visite

La prenotazione delle visite può avvenire tramite:

  • sito web dell’associazione
  • e-mail
  • altri sistemi di prenotazione indicati dall’associazione

La prenotazione si considera confermata solo dopo la ricezione della conferma da parte dell’associazione.

  1. Quote di partecipazione

Le attività organizzate dall’associazione possono prevedere:

una quota di partecipazione

oppure una donazione associativa

L’importo e le modalità di pagamento sono indicati nella pagina dell’evento o comunicati al momento della prenotazione.

  1. Modifiche o cancellazioni

L’associazione si riserva il diritto di:

  • modificare date o orari delle visite
  • annullare un’attività in caso di condizioni meteo avverse, problemi di sicurezza o cause di forza maggiore

In caso di annullamento da parte dell’associazione:

l’utente potrà partecipare a una nuova data disponibile

oppure ricevere il rimborso della quota eventualmente versata.

  1. Condizioni di sicurezza

Le visite ai siti archeologici sotterranei possono presentare caratteristiche particolari, tra cui:

  • scale o dislivelli
  • ambienti con illuminazione ridotta
  • temperatura e umidità variabili

I partecipanti sono tenuti a:

  • seguire le indicazioni delle guide
  • indossare abbigliamento e calzature adeguate

rispettare le norme di sicurezza

L’associazione può limitare o rifiutare la partecipazione a persone che non rispettino tali condizioni.

  1. Idoneità alla partecipazione

Le visite non sono sempre adatte a persone con:

  • difficoltà motorie
  • problemi di mobilità
  • claustrofobia
  • particolari condizioni di salute

È responsabilità del partecipante valutare la propria idoneità fisica prima della partecipazione.

  1. Responsabilità

L’associazione adotta tutte le misure ragionevoli per garantire la sicurezza dei partecipanti.

Tuttavia, Archeonaute ETS non può essere ritenuta responsabile per:

  • comportamenti non conformi alle indicazioni delle guide
  • incidenti derivanti da negligenza del partecipante
  • eventi imprevedibili o cause di forza maggiore.
  1. Comportamento dei partecipanti

Durante le visite è obbligatorio:

  • rispettare il patrimonio archeologico
  • non toccare o danneggiare strutture o reperti
  • seguire le indicazioni delle guide
  • mantenere un comportamento rispettoso verso gli altri partecipanti.

L’associazione può interrompere la visita o allontanare partecipanti che non rispettino tali regole.

  1. Fotografie e riprese

Durante le attività potrebbero essere realizzate fotografie o riprese video a scopo documentativo o divulgativo.

Tali immagini potranno essere utilizzate dall’associazione per:

  • comunicazione istituzionale
  • promozione delle attività
  • pubblicazione su sito web o social media

Qualora un partecipante non desideri essere ripreso, può comunicarlo preventivamente allo staff.

Archeonaute ETS is a Third Sector association operating in compliance with Legislative Decree 117/2017 (Third Sector Code). Participation in activities organized by the association implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Association Activities
    Archeonaute ETS organizes cultural and educational activities, including:
  • guided tours of underground archaeological sites
  • cultural events and educational meetings
  • educational paths and themed visits
  • activities promoting the historical and archaeological heritage

The activities have cultural and scientific dissemination purposes.

  1. Booking of Visits
    Bookings for visits can be made via:
  • the association’s website
  • email
  • other booking systems indicated by the association

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the association.

  1. Participation Fees
    Activities organized by the association may require:
  • a participation fee, or
  • an associative donation

  1. Changes or Cancellations
    The association reserves the right to:

In case of cancellation by the association, the participant may:

    Visits to underground archaeological sites may have specific characteristics, including:
  • stairs or uneven surfaces

  • variable temperature and humidity

Participants are required to:

  • follow the instructions of the guides
  • wear appropriate clothing and footwear
  • comply with safety regulations

The association may limit or refuse participation to individuals who do not meet these conditions.

  1. Suitability for Participation
    Visits may not be suitable for individuals with:
  • mobility difficulties
  • physical limitations
  • claustrophobia
  • specific health conditions

It is the participant’s responsibility to assess their own physical suitability before participation.

  1. Liability

Participants who do not wish to be recorded may inform the staff in advance.
